Where Was I

I have't posted here in some time now. Why? Well for one thing I was busy closing construction loans, for another, just like I said in my first post, It's kind of lonly here...
Thigs got very complex as I started working on the lunch of my new Mortgage Calculator site, and that's not to mention that the main Construction Loan Center site is undergoing a major redesign, the first it is about to get since it's lunch in late 1999.
Why a Mortgage calculator site? Well at the end of the day, we are mortgage brokers and creating a mortgage calculator site is a natural extension of things. The idea being that we will eventually end with a group of some 6 to 12 quality mortgage sites.
Now that things have stablized a bit I'll try and get back to the basics and start construction loans related posts here...
